About My Journey
Our Unique recipe separates us from traditional chocolatiers, bringing a bespoke truffle that has been poised to deliver flavour that is both rich and smooth.
My earliest memory of being in a kitchen was as a young child growing up with my grandmother. Coming from a Caribbean background, the kitchen was the heart of the home and I can still picture her now, cooking and baking traditional Caribbean foods …Caribbean music playing in the background me standing on tiptoes trying to take a peek at all her wonderful creations. The amazing aromas would permeate throughout every room in the house and my favorite moments would be watching her baking, which is where I developed my passion. Fast forward to today and here I am Chef, Baker and now Chocolatier, with my hand-crafted chocolate truffles I’m proud to include a range inspired by the flavours of the Caribbean.
